E. Ingrid McKay Heggen is a Project Manager at Farr West Engineering with over seven years of experience. Ingrid has worked in a wide range of civil disciplines, predominantly focusing on water and wastewater infrastructure and treatment. As a result of her project management and design experience, she is proficient with system master planning, investigating and preparing preliminary engineering reports, infrastructure design, construction management and water and wastewater network analyses utilizing Bentley® software. Ingrid has been involved with numerous water projects for municipalities throughout Nevada, including the recent design and construction management of three arsenic water treatment plants.

Ingrid received her bachelor's degree in civil engineering from North Dakota State University, Fargo. She is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer in Nevada, and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the American Water Works Association.

Ingrid enjoys spending time outdoors, and likes skiing, hiking and running. She also quilts and reads in her free time.
